Second IEEE Region 8 Conference on the History of Telecommunications (HISTELCON)

    November 3-5, 2010 was held conference on the history of telecommunications "Second IEEE Region 8 Conference on the History of Telecommunications" (HISTELCON) in Madrid (Spain). In the section of Pioneers of Electro-Technology the report of "Anatoly Kitov: Technology vs. Ideology. The story about first project of nationwide computer network", prepared by V.A. Kitov and V.V. Shilov was presented.
